Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy for payments made through Razorpay.

Unless specifically stated in any Subscription offer or promotion at the time of placing the Subscription order, you will have the right to 

cancel your Subscription at any time.

Any request for cancellation of your Subscription will not be entertained once your free gift has been dispatched. In case of cancellation post-dispatch of the free gift, the cost of the gift mentioned on the offer will be debited from the amount to be refunded. In no event shall Coatings and Anti Corrosion Engineering Review accept return of the free gift in lieu hereof.

Cancellation request must be submitted in writing to subscription@coatingsjournal.com.

The cancellation shall be processed on a pro-rata basis, i.e. only the amount of un-serviced subscription copies will be refunded.

The serviced copies sent by India Post or other mode will be replaced and not refunded in case of a customer complaint for non-receipt.

Refund process will take 4-6 weeks to credit into your account on receipt of the bank details.

You will be responsible for any fees that is payable, including any processing or other fees charged by the issuing bank/payment provider.

Coatings and Anti Corrosion Engineering Review’s liabilities shall in no event exceed the Subscription amount paid by the customer.
